This site collects only what it needs to sell you a painting and get it to your door.
Purchases
Stripe handles your payment. Your name, email, and shipping address come back to the studio so I can ship your piece. Card numbers stay with Stripe and never reach this server.
Inquiries
If you write to me, I keep your name, email, and message so I can reply.
Studio Notes
If you sign up for the mailing list, I store your email for that purpose. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
Available Works
Once you enter Available Works, the studio records which pieces you view and add to your cart, linked to the email you gave at the door. Visitors who haven't entered are not tracked. This data is never sold or shared, and is deleted on request.
Analytics
The site runs Umami — no cookies, no advertising trackers, no cross-site profiles. Visits are counted in aggregate and can't be tied to you.
You'll only hear from me for order confirmations, shipping updates, replies to your inquiries, and Studio Notes if you opted in. If you started a checkout and left, I may send one follow-up about the piece you were looking at. That's it.
Services
No data is sold or shared for advertising. The services that keep the studio running are Stripe (payments), Resend (email), EasyPost (shipping labels), Cloudflare (hosting), and Umami (analytics).
Deletion
Order records stay on file for tax and bookkeeping. Everything else can be deleted any time — just email hello@natanlawson.com.
